The Team
At school I struggled to read and write, and I found my future in machinery instead. Over twenty years I went from operating plant on site to assessing and instructing, and in 2019 I opened my first training centre.
That background still shapes how we teach. I know what it feels like to sit in a room where everyone else seems to be keeping up, so we work at whatever pace suits the person in front of us. What I care most about is what happens after the test, because finding work as a newly qualified operator is the hardest part, and confidence is what gets people across that gap.
Lauren runs the office and is usually the first voice you will hear when you call. She has twelve years in this industry and knows the training world as well as anyone I have worked with. Between us, one of us is always available.
