Learning outcomes
On completion, candidates will be able to:
• Develop working relationships, allocate work and monitor team performance.
• Establish and maintain health, safety, welfare, wellbeing and environmental-management systems.
• Evaluate work methods and plan site preparation, resources and project activities.
• Monitor progress, quality, dimensional accuracy, costs, programme and compliance.
• Coordinate contractors, plant, materials, information and project interfaces.
• Manage completion, commissioning, handover and relevant project records.
