The NPORS N201 Excavator 180 course develops the knowledge and practical skills needed to inspect, prepare and use the excavator 180 for its intended task. It covers components and controls, pre-use checks, work-area hazards, safe manoeuvring, operating tasks and shutdown procedures.

Plant operators who use, or are preparing to use, equipment in the excavator 180 category within construction, civil engineering, utilities, earthworks, agriculture or related workplaces.
